How to install OOKL in my venue
Getting OOKL up and running in your venue is designed to be quick and easy. Here's what you need to do:
CONTACT US TO DISCUSS YOUR REQUIRMENTSCall 020 7278 4044 and ask to speak to someone about OOKL or send an email to getookled@ookl.org.uk
ORDER HANDSETSWe will supply you with handsets with the application pre-installed and ready to use.
CHOOSE OBJECTS AND CREATE CONTENTOnce you have chosen which objects you want to be part of the service (we recommend you start with 50), you'll need to create content about each object suitable for students and general visitors.
UPLOAD CONTENTGive us the information in an electronic file and we'll do the rest.
ATTACH LABELSOnce the content has been created, we'll supply you with labels that show the object codes. Attach the labels to your displays or use the codes on printed guides.
